Delete your My Pondo account
Deletion is permanent. Once completed, your My Pondo account and active user data cannot be restored.
Delete from the Android app
If you still have access to the app, this is the fastest method:
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
The app will ask you to confirm permanent deletion before your account is removed.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access My Pondo, send an account deletion request from the email address associated with your My Pondo account.

Include
- the email address registered to your My Pondo account;
- a clear statement that you want the My Pondo account permanently deleted; and
- any information reasonably needed to verify that you own the account.
What is deleted
- profile information;
- accounts and balances;
- transactions and recurring transactions;
- budgets and budget alert history;
- goals and goal alert history;
- notifications and notification settings;
- payday/reminder settings;
- user-created categories; and
- the My Pondo authentication account.
What may be retained temporarily
Limited residual information may remain temporarily in infrastructure backups, security logs, or records that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons. Such information is not kept for ordinary app use after deletion.
